About Ryan
Ryan Mayer is the technical director behind Cerebral Palsy Center. He lives and breathes design, UI/UX, and content — obsessing over the details so families get the highest-quality product every time they visit.
Ryan owns the experience layer of Cerebral Palsy Center end to end: the design system, the interface, page performance, and how content is structured and presented. His job is to make a difficult subject feel calm, clear, and trustworthy — pages that load fast, read easily on any device, and put the answer a family is looking for within reach. He treats every template, component, and content idea as something that can be made a little better for the people who rely on it.
What Ryan Leads

- User experience (UX) — navigation, information architecture, and the path families take from question to answer
- Content experience — how articles are laid out, structured, and surfaced so the most useful information is easy to find
- Performance & accessibility — fast load times, mobile-first layouts, and an interface that works for every visitor
- Product quality — the standards and review that hold the whole site to a high bar
